I still haven't finished the cabbage rolls and may save those for another long weekend. Oops. My excuse is good though. Since Ryan had Monday off we road tripped to Regina for the night to visit Mary and Dane. Today I am wishing I could have another bison burger/beer breakfast-special occasions only I suppose. Regina's Milky Way needs to seriously consider expanding north. I miss you already vanilla/strawberry twist cone.
Now all we need to do is convert this here train into a high-speed passenger one and we could do this weekly.
