1 pkg ground chuck
1 zucchini
1/2 lrg onion
1 1/2 c tomato sauce
salt & pepper
mozzarella
basil
sliced multigrain bread
These were a result from the night I made spaghetti sauce. It ended up being a super meaty sauce, which then became a super tasty lunch.
To make these I sliced the bread, buttered it with butter & garlic, toasted that lightly before adding the sauce and cheese. Broil, top with basil and freshly grated parmesan-eat.
These sounds Amazeballs! Wonder if it'll work with gluten-free bread...
